Jason's experience includes all aspects of motion practice, written discovery, and deposition practice. Additionally, Jason has second-chair trial experience in construction and product liability litigation. Jason has also authored dispositive motions and conducted oral arguments in numerous construction and asbestos defense matters.
While in law school, Jason served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Arthur T. Anderson. He was a member of the Arizona State University Law Journal and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Outside the office and the courtroom, Jason can be found coaching his three sons’ basketball teams, walking his rescue dogs, and enjoying the outdoors.
